Work Plan Development

I3 is committed to designing and conducting critical systems analysis, context, and professional development for each stakeholder at all organizational levels. 

These unique experiences will increase understanding of individuals and institutions regarding structural oppression and how all levels of oppression I.M.P.A.C.T. the productivity of each stakeholder and the institution. 

All evaluations and trainings are differentiated to specifically meet the needs of each unique system. 

The following information will provide multiple possibilities for systems to consider. 

  • Critical systems analysis
    • A process designed to establish a critical institutional consciousness, identify and measure multiple stakeholders’ convictions, and structure organizational commitments leading to sustainable change.
  • Customized content development
    • Intercultural Innovations Incorporated (I3) has established copy-written system tools that provide general structure and framework for collective work.  These tools are required to systemize the work and will be utilized throughout the I.M.P.A.C.T. process to establish a common language and direction. Specific content such as articles and videos that are relative and timely to individuals and the organization will be utilized to provide personalized context that allows a greater level of engagement. The potential collaboration on content is optional yet recommended.
  • Adaptive Formative and Summative Evaluation
    • I3 utilizes adaptive metrics (3 Cs of Change and the Capacity Equation) for measuring the effectiveness of professional development and system change offerings based upon the organization’s goals identified through critical systems analysis.
