CLEAR Solutions Leadership Development
This course utilizes system language for leaders and administrators to effectively build capacity ((Knowledge + Skill) x Will = Capacity) in critical cultural literacy. Leaders build the capacity to use the The CLEAR Solutions Framework in decision-making for sustainable change. This capacity provides a CLEAR direction to I.M.P.A.C.T. systems. Leaders will be able to connect all the I3 products and services to provide direct application of system tools to organizational work. This process is based in shared ownership and accountability through Participatory Consciousness.
Leaders will also engage with The CLEAR Model to strengthen their capacity in Culturally Validating Leadership (CVL) within the organization.

- Identify systemic factors affecting performance and profitability
- Shared leadership and accountability
- Essential adult learning designed to address workplace environment,
- Support continuous improvement
All I3 courses utilize our copyrighted 3 Cs of Change to provide the foundation for the work. Sessions provide theoretical foundations and direct applications that focus on building the 3Cs: critical consciousness, conviction, and commitments through critical cultural literacy.
This training is designed to operationalize DEI principles in leadership roles. It provides a natural progression for the administration to utilize and apply what has been learned in organizational policies and practices.
