CLEAR I.M.P.A.C.T. Personalized 1 on 1 Support/Mentoring
Leadership matters! This service is designed to increase I.M.P.A.C.T. with both established and emerging leaders within organizations and institutions. I3’s approach embraces the values of Situational Adaptive Leadership (SAL) and Culturally Validating Leadership (CVL) as a core principles. Through differentiated support leaders are provided mentorship that leads to measurable I.M.P.A.C.T. on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives set forth by the organization or institution.
Through the CLEAR Personalized 1 on 1 support and mentoring, leaders will encounter the process of Participatory Consciousness equipping them with the capacity for effective change to occur. Leaders will develop both practical and tactical abilities to generate shared meaning and importance involving coherent movement of thought, which requires suspended judgments or assumptions while attempting to focus on common content (outcomes) and agendas.
This process will also increase leaders’ maximum capacity to utilize all of Intercultural Innovations Incorporated (I3) established copyrighted system tools that will provide the general leadership structure and frameworks for the collective work. These tools include:
- I.M.P.A.C.T. Model (Individuals Making Positive Accelerated Change Together, The CLEAR Model, The 3 Cs of Change, The Capacity Equation, The 4R Equation, and The CLEAR Solutions Framework
- In addition to fully utilizing the I3 tools clients will be welcomed to participate in the The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI)
This tool will assess intercultural competence providing a measure of what I3 refers to as critical cultural literacy.
Using this tool, individuals will understand their capacity to shift cultural perspective and appropriately adapt behavior to cultural differences and commonalities. Intercultural competence has been identified as a critical capability in several studies focusing on overseas effectiveness of international sojourners, international business adaptation and job performance, international student adjustment, international transfer of technology and information, international study abroad and inter-ethnic relations within nations.
