CLEAR Employee Voice I.M.P.A.C.T. guides critical cultural literacy development through employees’ perspectives and lived experiences utilizing The CLEAR Model, and National Urban Alliance strategies. This work supports collective leadership, identity development, and consciousness building. This process is intentional about (re)creating an employee’s relationship with the corporation. This allows space for employees to see themselves in the structures of the system, benefiting the organization and employees. One way that CLEAR Employee Voice I.M.P.A.C.T. does this is by highlighting the importance of employee engagement and its effect on making actionable steps to close opportunity gaps. CLEAR Employee Voice I.M.P.A.C.T. facilitates experiences that are fully engaged valuing the unique diversity of each employee.
Employees engage with interactive content and utilize the formative assessment data to measure the growth of both the employee and the institutions’ consciousness, self-realization, and ability to increase leadership and productivity in real-time.
