I.M.P.A.C.T.  DEI Consciousness

This training is designed to operationalize DEI principles throughout the organization or institution. It provides a natural progression for all stakeholders to utilize and apply what has been learned in organizational policies and practices. This course is a baseline to establish a foundational system language for the participants to effectively grow both individual and institutional consciousness (C1) regarding:

    • Systemic Oppression  
    • Implicit/Unconscious Bias
    • Microaggressions/Macroaggressions 
    • Cultural Awareness & Inclusion
    • Cultural Literacy

All I.M.P.A.C.T. courses utilize I3 copyrighted The 3 Cs of Change to provide the foundation for the work. The 1-day session provides theoretical foundations focused on building critical cultural literacy leading to consciousness (C1).
