I.M.P.A.C.T. DEI Consciousness, Conviction, and Commitment

The course establishes system language, personal and intuitional ownership, and utilizes what has been learned to make direct application for the participants to effectively grow both individual and institutional Consciousness, Conviction, and Commitment (3 Cs). 

All I.M.P.A.C.T. courses utilize I³ copyrighted The 3 Cs of Change to provide the foundation for the work. The 2-day session focuses on building critical consciousness by measuring and moving conviction which leads to actionable commitments to address inequities while building critical cultural literacy.
