CLEAR / I.M.P.A.C.T. Train the Trainer
I3 recommends that corporations identify multiple stakeholders who are early adopters and show a high level of capacity in direct application of the I.M.P.A.C.T. tools and strategies to join a train the trainer cohort. These individuals will meet to increase their capacity to lead DEI work in their system. These individuals would also be invited to co-facilitate with the I3 systems experts.
This hands-on direct application will build internal capacity for the organization to sustain its work moving forward. Personalized coaching sessions with I3 experts will be part of each participant’s experience.
